This solution allows administrators to create advanced CRM permissions by user, workgroup, departments and division on fields within CRM records. Fields can be hidden or shown, assigned read and write permissions or be made mandatory.  

For Bitrix24 Enterprise customers this solution makes it possible to create full separation in the CRM allowing the creation of a separate CRM for each division. 

In addition, rules can be created with special conditions which change the properties of fields based on the values of other fields. Eg. Hide field A if the value of field B is above $X
