THE PROBLEM

With a customer base stretching across North America, Hale Trailer required a way of streamlining the sales process and managing customer relationships, all in one place. They also required a way of tracking the sales team’s performance against business goals and targets, displaying individual performance to boost motivation and report on progress effectively.

 

THE SOLUTION

Intreface worked with Hale Trailer to address these challenges, and implemented Bitrix24 to manage its sales pipeline and lead management processes with a centralised system.

The platform also allowed Hale Trailer to centralise all client interactions, including emails, phone calls, and notes, in one place. This helped the company ensure consistent communication across the organisation.

 

How Intreface achieved this:

 

  • Intreface created a custom leaderboard to measure individuals targets against their performance. It tracks when they last logged in, number of leads converted and number completed activities within the system.

 

 

  • Additionally, a  Sales Map plugin was used to view leads and deals on a location map, where each record is indicated by a coloured pin to have a full picture of their client base.
