AES Global are one of the largest manufacturers of wireless audio / video and GSM gate door intercoms and required a system to track all of their communications and order processes to help them to manufacture products available in over 50 countries worldwide. In addition, they required a bespoke Returns Management System to keep track of their returns.

The Solution

Intreface worked closely with AES Global, to set up and customised their Bitrix24 system. Bitrix24 not only provides the tools to track their sales process from start to finish, but also provides the ability to easily manage tasks and projects, documents and marketing all from within the Bitrix24 system. Intreface also created a completely bespoke Returns Management Process. Which allows them to keep a coherent log of all of their returns and maintain customer satisfaction. The Bitrix24 system is now vital to the day to day operations of AES Global.
