This opens up the Template Designer, where you can create your email text and design it.


Once you have the email set up, save that inside the system. And you can bring leads into the CRM from a variety of channels using the contact center tools. For example, you can get a lead in from the website using a website form. You’ll be notified the lead has been added into your CRM. Your lead will go to the new inquiry stage and you can see the automation has automatically sent the email to the new lead.
