The Problem

Fatco desired a customised Bitrix24 system to meet their bespoke needs, primarily relating to the unique sales and invoicing requirements of their industry and business.

The Solution

Intreface implemented a number of customisations to the Deals and Invoices area of Bitrix24, allowing Fatco to work within Bitrix24 throughout their sales process, including various automatically calculating fields which keep track of the total payments a customer has made and where credit memos have been applied. Fatco can now easily and clearly see all payment information of their customers within Bitrix24 without the need for other external tools.
