I really enjoy using Intreface/ Bitrix CRM software. It is easy to navigate. It's intuitively developed for beginners, too. I could figure out how to configure most of the features for my needs. They offer personal customer service, too, which is really helpful for the rare times I can't find the solutions on my own. The themes are really beautiful, too, which makes the work that much more pleasant. Yay!
