Intreface made the deployment of the solution simple and effective with very good support from the technical team. As with all systems, we have grown in into it and both the support provided as part of our subscription, and additional paid for projects have been well supported by Intreface. I appreciated that the system was relatively new, and the support teams transparency about this and willingness to work to find a solution to help us was appreciated.

We have been using Intreface for our Bitrix24 services since our initial conception of the platform into our company in 2020. We have a very close relationship and commissioned Intreface on additional bespoke plugins for Bitrix24 such as a custom RMA platform, Technical Support call logging form, Holiday workflows and some direct 1-1 training.
